Marcel the Shell with Shoes On

This feature film adaptation of the viral, animated short film focuses on a documentary-style interview with a mollusk named Marcel.

Starring voice talent Jenny Slate as Marcel, the movie shares the deep wisdom of a tiny creature. Here is one adorable quote you can find in the movie.

Marcel: [On what life is like] It’s pretty much common knowledge that it takes at least 20 shells to have a community. My cousin fell asleep in a pocket and that’s why I don’t like the saying, “everything comes out in the wash,” because sometimes it doesn’t. Or sometimes it does and they’re just like a completely different person.

Marcel the Shell with Shoes On will be released on June 24, 2022.

Thor: Love and Thunder

In the new Marvel movie, Thor enlists the help of Valkyrie, Korg and ex-girlfriend Jane Foster to fight Gorr the God Butcher, who intends to make the gods extinct.

Starring Chris Pratt, Natalie Portman, Chris Hemsworth, Matt Damon, and Christian Bale, the movie is directed by Taika Waititi.

Thor: Love and Thunder will be released on July 8, 2022.

DC League of Super-Pets

This adventure/action film stars Dwayne Johnson and Kevin Hart.

In the movie, Krypto the Super-Dog and Superman are inseparable best friends, sharing the same superpowers and fighting crime side by side in Metropolis. However, Krypto must master his own powers for a rescue mission when Superman is kidnapped.

DC Leage of Super-Pets will be released on July 29, 2022.

Minions: The Rise of Gru

In this animated comedy, the minions go on a new adventure. The movie takes place in the heart of the 1970s, amidst a flurry of feathered hair and flared jeans, Gru (Steve Carell) is growing up in the suburbs. A fanboy of a supervillain supergroup known as the Vicious 6, Gru hatches a plan to become evil enough to join them. Luckily, he gets some mayhem-making back-up from his loyal followers, the Minions.

Together, Kevin, Stuart, Bob, and Otto – a new Minion sporting braces and a desperate need to please – deploy their skills as they and Gru build their first lair, experiment with their first weapons, and pull off their first missions. When the Vicious 6 oust their leader, legendary fighter Wild Knuckles (Alan Arkin), Gru interviews to become their newest member. It doesn’t go well (to say the least), and only gets worse after Gru outsmarts them and suddenly finds himself the mortal enemy of the apex of evil. On the run, Gru will turn to an unlikely source for guidance, Wild Knuckles, and discover that even bad guys need a little help from their friends.
